Mr. Kennedy has written a number of books and screenplays about true crimes including the disturbing murder and cover-up of his sister, Cecilia Madeline Kennedy and the Monstrance Mystery Series. He has also been an out-spoken advocate against violence, political corruption and human injustice.
The murderers, and those responsible for ALL the crimes will do anything to not have these stories brought to light. When convicted they will spend the rest of their lives in prison, if not worse.
As some of you may know from news reports on CNN, The Sunday Oklahoman, San Francisco Examiner and many other media sources in the United States and Canada, Cecilia was on a humanitarian and political mission to free her brother, Christopher, from a false imprisonment and life sentence in Bangkok, Thailand. She put together a brilliant legal defense and challenged his case before the Supreme Court of Thailand, and won. Shortly after that Cecilia was found dead in her 5 star hotel room at the Shangri 'La Resort Hotel in Bangkok in January 1997.
The Kennedy family knows who is behind this. The investigation has led to their disgraced, disowned terroristic cousin, John Hand Kennedy. Jr. who was impeached as Secretary of State of Oklahoma for abuse of office, money laundering and international drug smuggling.
He has been reported to the FBI and other agencies along with others, including Cecilia's sadistic, VIOLENT and abusive former boyfriend, Emil Pisiri, a married man who claimed to be divorcing his wife, Claire, but of course never did. Mr. Pisiri was an attorney at Jackson, Tufts, Cole and Black in San Francisco where Cecilia worked until she was repeatedly sexually harassed by one of the senior partners. She won an out of court settlement against him and the firm.
Strangely, Mr. Pisiri ordered - and paid for - the cremation of Cecilia (to hide evidence) against the will of Mr. Kennedy and other family members. Cecilia tried to get out of this cruel relationship, and had found great happiness with a wonderful man six months before her death, however, she lived in fear for her life.
Mr. Pisiri has been reported to the San Francisco Police Department, Florida Police Agencies and the FBI. Mr. Pisiri was also reported for the stalking and threats to Mr. Kennedy's life when he first spoke up about his sisters murder in 1997.

As with any high profile person who brings Truth and Light to the world, there are those dark and empty souls who try to steal, destroy and sabotage the work and lives of those making a difference in the world. Mr. Kennedy and his family have come up against their share of attacks, lies, smear campaigns, stalking, hacking into computers and emails, torturous interference in a business, violations of copyrights and trademarks, etc.
We are fully aware of who these nefarious individuals are, where they live, and previous criminal backgrounds. They are all connected. They are working in cahoots with the "persons of interest" in the tortuous abuse, demise and murder of Cecilia. One of them is a vile, mentally-ill predator criminal and con man named Macklin Crux (aka Macklin *MacKenzie Cruz, Arnold Lester). He has a long list of arrests and criminal offences ranging from drugs to Internet crimes in Connecticut alone. He has been arrested for posession of narcotics, use of drug paraphenelia, posession of controlled substance, illegal prescription drugs and Internet crimes. He now lives in Hollywood, Florida area and owns a sleazy, small-time Internet hardware and software company that he claims to operates out of a bogus address in Hollywood, Florida (tecquest.com).
Hollywood Florida Police Detectives recently went to the address and reported the address is near an industrial park and that it was rented to subject Macklin *MacKenzie Cruz until 2007. (Joan Lucas *MacKenzie-Turgeon). The Investigation continues.
Macklin Crux is savvy at hacking into computers, phones and emails. This man and his cohorts, another very sick man named Moshe Daniel Block (who claims to be Jesus Christ) with a history of serious sexual abuse/incest issues and a fatal attraction to Mr. Kennedy, and two con-artist lesbians who's last known address was Mill Creek, Washington (they moved AGAIN when lawsuits and police reports were filed to avoid service) named Alexandria Carrington Lake (aka Susan Kay Passamore) and Liberty Knight (aka Irene Olivia Martinez). They are currently on the run and living under 9 different aliases, the latest being ESTRADA ALEJANDRA. They have been described as "the lesbian version of Sante and Kenney Kimes" and operate much like the two notorious con artists/criminals, and always running from the law.
Carrington Lake is a 64 year old satanist and ex-con who has served time for drugs, prostitution and has a history of violence. In 2005, for 10 months, this pair of con artists claimed to be a talent manager and an intellectual property attorney. They invited Mr. Kennedy to the Seattle area for planned, paid speaking engagements and contracts for his projects. When he arrived he quickly learned that none of this was true. They were not who they claimed to be and were part of an organized crime ring trying to steal his valuable Whale Magic Project. They were not talent managers, or an attorney. Mr. Kennedy was also shocked to learn Passamore was a career criminal and had lived in prisons and storage units before moving to Washington state. Their on-going stalking, obsession and fatal attraction to Mr Kennedy after all these years can only be described as CRIMINALLY INSANE. They are also facing identity theft, stalking, credit card fraud, and more serious charges. They have also stolen the identity of Cecilia Kennedy.
UPDATE: Since the March 14, 2010 front page story about Cecilia Kennedy's unsolved homicide in the Sunday Oklahoman, Alexandria Carrington Lake and Macklin Crux are now the focus of the investigation. The Kennedy family believes they are the link to solving her murder.
Macklin Crux, Alexandria Carrington Lake and Liberty Knight are associated with Corrine Broskette, Director of Venue Actor's Studio, Tampa/St. Petersburg/Panellis Park, Florida, Floyd Ferrell Francis (another career criminal and ex-con), known as "Flea Market Floyd" and his strange wife Dr. Linda Diane Francis (a "psychiatrist"). Mr. Francis served a ten year sentence in North Carolina's penetentiary for breaking and entering, and larceny. He has been arrested once for stalking Mr. Kennedy, and will be arrested again. Among a long list of other crimes, Mr. and Mrs. Francis opened a bogus North Carolina corporation (Crystal Corporation) and forged Mr. Kennedy's name in an attempt to steal his Whale Magic Intellectual Properties. Former minor shareholders in his company, they are associated with Natasha Ledbetter (aka Tasha Moore), Autumn Bailey and Joan Turgeon (aka Joan Lucas Turgeon and Joan *MacKenzie Turgeon) who have been working in cahoots with them. Mr. Crux and his cohorts are also associated with David Segal, Julia Segal, Jerry Beck, Amid Amidi and others involved in this case.
Formal complaints have been filed with law enforcement in multiple jurisdictions, including the FBI and the IC-3 division of the FBI for Internet crimes. Civil action has also been taken. On August 4, 2009 one of our friends and associates also filed police reports, as well as a lawsuit against the 3 primary perpetrators in Washington State and Florida.
